APAF TAKING OFFICE OF THE DIRECTION

The Professional Football Players' Union (SJPF) was represented by the president Joaquim Evangelista in the taking office of the new governing bodies of the Portuguese Association of Football Referees (APAF).

Luciano Gonçalves was elected APAF’s president for the triennium 2016-2019, succeeding to José Fontelas Gomes, that heads the Arbitration Board of the Portuguese Football Federation (FPF) in the only applicant list to the FPF’s elections, scheduled for June 4th.

SJPF, as the player’s class association, wishes that APAF continues to dignify professional football and arbitrage, in particular. The Union makes itself available for APAF for what whatever it considers necessary.
