“Integrity in Football” has reached all clubs
Santa Clara’s team welcomed the last action in the scope of “Integrity in Football” training program, promoted by the Portuguese Players’ Union (SJPF), Portuguese Football Association (FPF) and Portugal League.

The Azorian club action completed the trainings’ set in the 33 teams/sport companies, which main goal was fighting potential corruption acts in the match-fixing scope.

The Portuguese Union participated in the football sector of the European Social Dialogue plenary meeting, in Brussels. João Oliveira, responsible for SJPF’s legal office, integrated the FIFPro committee, led by the Europe Division President, Bobby Barnes.

Street Soccer for Peace

With the aim to promote social inclusion through sport, the Portuguese Players’ Union is one of the eight European entities that integrate the “Street Soccer for Peace” project.

In the beginning of November, it took place in Madrid a training week inserted in this initiative, supported by the European Commission and financed by the Erasmus+ program for youth.
