Portuguese Players Union has seen its approval its apply for two new international projects under the Erasmus + program for sport.

The two initiatives in which the Union will participate as a partner are Young Ordinary and Disable sports Athletes mentors (YODA) and Halting Harassment and Abuse in Sports using Learning Technologies (HALT).

Goalkeeper Tiago Sá, of SC Braga, was named the Best Young Player of September of the Portuguese First League in the vote promoted by the Players Union.

In the Second League, 19-year-old João Filipe, who has aligned himself in Benfica B squad, was the most voted player.
