The Portuguese Players Union activated the Salary Guarantee Fund next to UD Vilafranquense players, which will allow the players of the club to meet their most urgent needs, following the failure of their employer.

The Fund, formed between the Players Union and the Portuguese Football Association, guarantees immediate financial support.
