Durante dois dias, os sete parceiros da rede SPIN (Sport Inclusion Network), entre os quais o Sindicato dos Jogadores, reuniram-se em Viena, na Áustria, para discutir os projetos futuros deste consórcio criado em 2011.

O principal objetivo da rede SPIN é promover a inclusão social de minorias no e através do desporto.

During two days, the seven partners of SPIN Network (Sport Inclusion Network), including Portuguese Players’ Union, met in Vienna, Austria, to discuss the future projects of this consortium created in 2011.

SPIN network main goal is to promote the social inclusion of minorities in and through sport.

Portuguese Players’ Union is solidary with the people of Turkey and Syria, victims of an earthquake with catastrophic consequences, and expresses its deepest condolences for the victims of this natural disaster. Até ao dia 28 de fevereiro, há jogadores que ainda podem ser inscritos em Portugal nas competições profissionais. O Sindicato esclarece os jogadores sobre o estatuto de desempregado e em que condições pode ser feita a inscrição.

Until February 28, there are players who can still be registered in Portuguese professional competitions. The Union clarifies the players about the unemployed status and the conditions to do the registration.

Os números são do relatório da FIFA. Pela primeira vez, Portugal foi o país que mais contratações internacionais fez num ano civil, num total de 901. Em sentido contrário, o Brasil foi o país que transferiu mais jogadores em 2022 (998).

The numbers are from the FIFA report. For the first time, Portugal was the country that hire the most foreigners players in one year, in a total of 901. In reverse, Brazil was the country that transferred the most players in 2022 (998).
